In accordance with legislation on electronic exchanges, the Université d'Aix Marseille provides users with a teleservice, called Télé-demandes, which is the official means of sending requests in electronic form. You must have an account to be identified, which guarantees the confidentiality of your request. Note: the cases in which AMU can be contacted electronically are listed and entail special processing. If you do not find the subject of your request in Télé-demande, it is because it does not fall within this framework and that it should then be formulated by the usual means.
